A credit card in the name of the main driver is required, with sufficient funds for both the security deposit and for any service or extras requested locally. The card (either credit or debit depending on the destination/supplier) must be in the full name and surname of the driver and display the 16 numbers. The PIN code will be required. The Flexible Autos voucher is required when picking up your rental car. Non UE citizens have to show a valid passport, a national AND International driving licence IMPORTAN: It is the drivers responsibility to ensure that they have the appropriate licence. ADDITIONAL DRIVERSADDITIONAL DRIVER REQUIRMENTS AREAll additional drivers must meet all rental requirements, accompany the main driver when picking the rental car up and sign the rental agreement. Additional drivers have a local charge of 9 EUR per day plus local taxes with a maximum charge of 96 EUR per rental plus local taxes. DRIVING RESTRICTIONSGENERAL RESTRICTIONS AREDriving the vehicle without prior consent outside of the hire country will invalidate the agreed insurance coverage. CROSS BORDER/INTERNATIONAL ONE-WAYSThe vehicles may be taken into the following countries: Germany, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovin, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Norway, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Switzerland International one-way travel is NOT available. The vehicle insurance will be deemed void if vehicles are not returned to the agreed pick-up location. The driver can take the vehicle cross border providing he has informed the rental desk prior to departure. There is an addtional fee payable for cross border travel of 6 EUR per day, which must be paid locally, on collection of the vehicle. DELIVERY AND COLLECTIONDELIVERY AND COLLECTION AVAILABILITYProviding the Delivery and Collection service is available, confirmation will be given at the time of booking. OUT OF HOURS SERVICETHE OUT OF HOURS SERVICE AVAILABILITY ISThe Out of Hours Service is on request only. The service available for a maximum of 2 hours after closing time. The Out of hours service fee is 50 EUR per hour. This service may not be available at all locations. CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWSCANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICIES AND FEES
SUPPLIER/ROADSIDE ASSISTANCEROADSIDE ASSISTANCE INFORMATIONIn case of a breakdown customers must stay with the car and contact the rental office for assistance. Telephone numbers are on the rental paperwork, please confirm at the time of pick-up of the rental vehicle. In case of an accident, the customer must remain with the vehicle, and complete a police report at the time of the incident. In case of theft of the vehicle or vehicle equipment customers must contact the rental office and make a report to the police. EXTRA INFORMATION AND COSTSADDITIONAL CLEANING SERVICESA charge of up to 120 EUR will be applied if the vehicle is returned, exceptionally dirty, and the vehicle requires special cleaning. WINTER COVERSnow chains are included in the rates from approximately the middle of November, to the middle of April, from specific locations. Maybe limited to specific cars. Please confirm at the time of booking. Snow chains are not included in the cost of the car hire outside of the winter period between 16/04 - 14/11. The costs is charged locally. Snow chains are charged at 35 EUR per rental. RENTAL EXTENSIONPlease note that it may not always be possible to extend the hire. When the rental branch agrees to extend the hire, the rental will be charged at the prevailing rate which may be higher or lower than the original booking rate. DELAYED OR DIVERTED FLIGHTSThe customer will have to claim a refund from the Airline Company, where a flight is delayed. If there is a delay in the flight, the customer must inform the office concerned as soon as possible, so that the customer maybe picked up, this will incur an out of hours handling fee. A flight number must be provided. Reservations will be held for 2 hour(s) from the specified reservation, during the business open hours time, after which they will be classed as a no-show. If a customer arrives after this time then a vehicle is not assured. We will do everything possible to provide a vehicle. This may include offering a different vehicle and rates may be different to the original booking. Flight numbers provided are for informational purposes only. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform the location of any delays TRAFFIC ADMINISTRATION FINESAll fines issued for a violation of: the Street Code, missing tolls payment, unpaid parking tickets payments issued during the rental period will be notified to the customer. The customer will be charged on his credit card for a supplement of 61 EUR + VAT for each instance. PETS ON BOARDPets can only be transported in the vehicle kept in a carrier. The vehicle must be cleaned before return. If a customer is found not to have done so, a cleaning fee will be charged.
